Terms of use and ordering

1. Our service

The website and customer app are operated by D.M MASH SUSHI RESTAURANT LTD (HE 413990, VAT 10413990V), Agias Phaneromenis 9, Mesogi, 8280 Paphos, Cyprus. Contact: +357 96596003, mashalis007@gmail.com.

2. Account and security

Provide accurate contact details and delivery information. You can browse the menu and use the cart without signing in; app order submission requires sign-in. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Unlawful use or interference with the system is prohibited.

3. Submitting and accepting orders

Check dishes, quantities, required options, comments, service method and final amount before submitting. A receipt or payment acknowledgement alone does not confirm the restaurant has accepted preparation. Acceptance and the estimated time appear in the order status. Preorders concern a selected available time; times are estimates and may change with an update.

4. Pickup, delivery and eat-in

Available methods include takeaway, delivery and eat-in. Delivery coverage, charges and any zone minimums are shown at checkout. Give an accurate pin, address and reachable phone number. Contact the restaurant to change method or details; resulting adjustments are reflected in the order.

5. Prices and payment

Prices include applicable VAT. Discounts, delivery fee, optional tip, points/wallet redemption and the final amount payable are shown before submission. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Added dishes or edits may create an outstanding balance, shown in your order or a secure payment link. Do not pay using an unrecognised link.

6. Points, wallet and gift cards

The current points earning/redemption rates and available discounts are shown in the service when used. Points and cash credit are distinct. Gift cards activate following successful payment and are redeemed according to their available balance and terms displayed at purchase. Keep gift-card codes private. Contact us about disputed balances or refunds.

7. Cancellation, changes and problems

Contact us promptly for a change, cancellation, incorrect/missing items or unsafe food. Changes depend on preparation/delivery progress. Required refunds use the appropriate payment method and provider processing times. Statutory remedies for non-conforming service remain unaffected. The ordinary distance-purchase withdrawal right does not apply where law exempts perishable or prepared food.

8. Ingredients and allergies

Images are illustrative. Check descriptions and ask the restaurant about ingredients, allergens and possible cross-contact before ordering. Vegan/vegetarian or spicy indicators do not replace allergen advice. Do not rely solely on a free-text comment for a serious allergy. Alcohol is supplied only where lawful and age verification may be required.

9. Applicable law and changes

Applicable Cyprus law governs without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms are published with their date. Please contact the restaurant first to resolve a concern.

This website may display public Google reviews of KOJO SUSHI, including reviewer names, images and available attribution links. Reviews and ratings are provided by Google. Reviewer images load from Google services when reviews are displayed; Google then receives technical connection details such as your IP address. New reviews are submitted only on Google using the customer’s Google account. These features are also subject to the following Google terms and privacy policy.
